- Purity Disclaimer: Please note that a 2% purity difference may occur because of the soldering process in our jewelry. This variation is inherent to the manufacturing process and is accepted by the customer upon purchase.

- Payments are accepted 100% in advance. Orders will only be processed and dispatched after full payment has been received and verified.
- Standard shipment charges are applicable to all orders and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- We aim to ship orders within the stipulated time frame mentioned on our website or during the checkout process.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be returned or replaced.
